Psychometric AND Emotional Intelligence Profiling, with Coaching Session

Psychometric Profiling - analysing work based behaviours and how they impact on different aspects of work / business.

Emotional Intelligence Profiling - an analysis tool which provides a structured basis for an indepth and constructive coaching experience.

These two questionnaires are administered and completed on-line and the results are fed back and analysed to form the basis of a 2 hour coaching session - to gain greater insights into behaviours and patterns, the impact we have on others and how we can maximise our own performance at work and in all areas of our lives.

Combining this with one to one coaching takes this from feedback to action, helping individuals and teams plan the strategies and actions that will make the most difference.

The tests are administered online prior to the coaching session and will take approximately 40 minutes to complete.  These provide graphs and reports to aid understanding and use for comparison purposes across teams (where applicable).  The psychometric profiling questionnaire is the Personality Profile Analysis and the Emotional Intelligence tool is the Trait EI, both provided by Thomas International.
